Physiotherapist

We are always looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Physiotherapist who will enjoy working with a variety of sports, spinal and work related injuries. You will be joining a team with passion for physiotherapy and four Senior Physiotherapist’s with Post Graduate qualifications. We have a fully equipped rehab facility including an on-site gym.

Key Responsibilities:

To treat clients safely and effectively to accreditation standards including:

• Provide appropriate assessment, treatment, planning, provisional and differential diagnosis
• Regular evaluation and full notation of client care plan

To maintain and update own physiotherapy skills and professional development by:

• Attending and contributing to monthly in-service presentations
• Annual attendance at relevant external courses and seminars
• Regular peer reviews
• To uphold the reputation and standing of the physiotherapy profession and RPC.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for Physiotherapists at any level. What we are interested in is someone with a positive approach who wants to grow their skills and experience and enjoys a social and busy environment.  You will receive support from our Senior Physiotherapists through a mentoring program to ensure you are confident and comfortable as you transition into our environment.

Sports Physiotherapy:

We currently have three Senior Physiotherapists with Post Graduate Masters qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy and have a large sports rehabilitation population. We currently work with the Manawatu Rugby Union providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation for the Manawatu Turbos, Cyclones and Academy teams.
