Green Alert Level
At the Green Alert Level of the Traffic Light System
• We can see you at the clinic
- Masks are expected to be worn by the patient and the physiotherapist however
• Those with Mask Exemptions are asked to wear their exemption card- We will still see clients with exemptions; however you will be asked to wear a mask when within 1.5 metres of an employee or other clients (based on Ministry of Health Guidelines)
- If the client is unable to comply with this there will be some/all aspects of treatment that will not occur.
• You do not require a vaccine passport to see a physiotherapist
Orange Alert Level
At the Orange Alert Light level of the Traffic Light System
- We can see you at the clinic

Red Alert Level

TeleHealth
Telehealth is the term used for Physiotherapists to provide consultations using phone and/or video consultations to limit face-to-face contact during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our admin team will organise an appointment time for you. Telehealth is available for all existing/new injuries, for both our current clients and those new to Rehab Physio Centre.
There is no charge for ACC approved claims. We can lodge a new ACC related injury on your behalf. Clients will be required to complete an electronic Consent Form and ACC New Injury Form before the appointment.
There is a charge for non-ACC/private claims – please email us for a quote.
We can provide ACC Accredited Employer/Funded appointments with approval from the Funder and/or Case Manager.
