Mike completed a Bachelor of Physical Education at Otago University in 1979. He then owned and operated a gym in Palmerston North for 12 years.
Rachelle graduated from the University of Stellenbosch,South Africa in 2012 completing her compulsory year of government service in rural North-Eastern South Africa. Rachelle has a passion for rehabilitating patients from all walks of life across the physiotherapy spectrum.
Tara hails from the northern most town of the Wairarapa Bush - Pahiatua. After completing a Diploma in Sports Science and Coaching she began work at Rehab Physio Centre as the Physio Assistant to Mike ‘Hurricane’ Harnett in 2001.
Mary has worked in Medical Reception/Admin for most of her working life and enjoys it very much. She has a daughter named Genevieve who is her pride and joy. She is the lead singer in a local band and also loves gardening, reading and live theatre.
Krystal started with us early in 2018. She was born in Palmerston North, raised in Ohakune and is a keen snowboarder.
Michael is a one-eyed Cantabrian married to Vicki and father of three. He gained his physiotherapy degree at Otago University in 1996 and gained his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2003. He is also a PAANZ registered acupuncturist.
Jackson was born and raised in Palmerston North. He attended Otago University graduating with his physiotherapy degree in 2014.
Linda completed her degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 2008. She joined RPC in February 2009 working part time as Mike’s assistant. In 2010 Linda’s role became full-time when, in addition to her work with Mike, she took on a second role as Administration Assistant and then in 2018 added Practice Manager to her role as Tara’s Assistant.
Jess grew up on the Kapiti Coast and moved to Wellington to study; completing an Internet Technology Diploma in 2004.
Megan started in November 2017 cleaning at RPC. In 2018 she transitioned to working as one of our part time receptionists.
Keegan qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2015 and joined the RPC team full time in January 2016. Keegan pursued further study in recent years, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Western Acupuncture from AUT in 2018 and in 2019 he spent the year in Perth, Australia completing a Clinic Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.
Cameron graduated from the University of Otago in December 2017 and has been with Rehab Physio since January 2018.
Jan joined us in 2014 as an administrator/receptionist and brings a friendly personality and can-do approach to the role. She was a local City Councillor for six years and a self-employed executive administrator. She has two adult children and two granddaughters who live in Hong Kong.
Katie started at Rehab Physio Centre in March 2019. She was born and raised in Palmerston North and is currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Massey University majoring in Environmental Science.
