Keegan Harnett - Senior Physiotherapist
Keegan qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2015 and joined the RPC team full time in January 2016. Keegan pursued further study in recent years, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Western Acupuncture from AUT in 2018 and in 2019 he spent the year in Perth, Australia completing a Clinic Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.
Keegan has worked with a wide array of sporting athletes from the weekend warrior to professional rugby players. He has been the Head Physiotherapist for the Manawatu Turbos but also spent time with the Waikato BOP Chiefs, NRL Warriors and Western Force. Keegan’s passion for sports physiotherapy was instilled by his father Mike but also flourished as he gained great insight into elite sports while he competed for the NZ Ice Hockey team at five World Championship tournaments from age group to men’s.
Keegan’s interests outside of work includes supporting local rugby clubs, boxing and spending time outdoors with his puppy Riley!
